COLLEGE OF BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS
The College of Business and Economics strives to offer innovative programs in Business and Economics leading to bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Economics and master’s degrees in Business (MBA, MS), Taxation (MS), and Economics (MA). All business programs are accredited by AACSB and the MBA program is offered in Moscow (Russia). The College serves approximately 2,600 undergraduate and 700 graduate majors and 86 full-time equivalent faculty. The college recently moved into the newly built Valley Business and Technology Center. Our continued commitment to building an outstanding faculty that provides a quality education means we are expanding our faculty in the following areas. In June, 2008, CSUEB launched its independent doctoral program, Educational Leadership for Social Justice, for leaders in k-12 schools. While maintaining the k-12 focus, the University wishes to expand the program to also prepare leaders in community colleges.
