Blower Motor

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

          Fig. 2: . . . unfasten the right side insulator retaining screws,
                              then remove the insulator




          Fig. 3: Remove the rear screws, loosen the front screw, then
                       slide the convenience center out
   Fig. 4: If necessary, remove the retainer . . .




Fig. 5: . . . then detach the blower motor electrical
                      connector(s)
        Fig. 6: Unfasten the retaining screws . . .




Fig. 7: . . . then remove the blower motor from the vehicle
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the right side sound insulator under the instrument panel.
3. Unfasten the convenience center rear screws. Loosen the front screw and slide the
   convenience center out.
4. Grasp the carpet at the top side of the cowl and pull forward.
5. Detach the blower motor electrical connection.
6. Disconnect the harness from the clip.
7. Unfasten the blower motor mounting screws, then remove the blower motor from
   the vehicle.
8. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
9. Connect the negative battery cable.
