Course                Following successful completion of the course, trainees will be able to:-
                              Identify the legal system
                              Develop their knowledge on Health, Safety and welfare issues.
                              Promote a positive attitude towards Health and Safety.
                              Assess, plan and evaluate the presentation of health and safety.
                              Use the modular health and safety sessions to support existing training courses
                              Prepare for health and safety assessments.
                              Formulate an action plan on Health and Safety issues.
                              Identify sources of further information.

                      an interest in health and safety.

                      People working within land based or related industries, with responsibility for Health and

                              To enable delegates to have a greater understanding of health and safety to enable
                               them to discuss any issues with their own clients, staff, contractors, outside health
                               and safety specialists, consultants or advisors in any aspects of their work.

Pre-requisites       There are no formal pre-requisites for owners,       It is useful if delegates have some basic
