LEASE TERMINATION AGREEMENT
FOR GOOD CONSIDERATION, be it acknowledged that (Lessee) and of between the parties dated agree to terminate and cancel said Lease effective (Lessor) under a certain lease agreement ,

All
rights and obligations under said Lease shall thereupon be cancelled excepting only for any rents under the Lease accruing prior to the effective termination date which then remain unpaid or otherwise not satisfied, and which shall be paid by Lessee on or prior to the termination date. Lessee agrees to promptly surrender the premises to Lessor on or before the termination date and deliver same to Lessor in good condition free of the Lessee’s goods and effects, waiving all further rights to possession. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives.
