Athlete Actions Tester Actions Height: Left and Right Side Reach Stand with shoulder against wall and reach as high as possible with both arms without heels leaving Mark the highest point of middle finger and place athletes initials. Keep running at full speed through the finish line. Sargent (Vertical) Jump Stand side on to wall as close as is comfortable and jump vertically as high as possible using both The difference in distance between the standing reach height and the jump height is the score. When Tester calls "BEGIN" raise straight legs and arms to touch the ankles then lower to the beginning position with hands and heels touching. Continue as fast as possible until Tester calls "DONE". Tramp Bounces Pre-bounce until at good height and call "READY". Bounce as high as possible for 11 more contacts with the bed. Handstand Kick to Handstand against a wall with one leg bent and one straight. Once balance is attained remove the bent leg's foot from the wall and straighten into a true Handstand. Hold as long as possible. Start timer when athletes foot leaves wall. Stop timer when they begin to fall in either direction enough that they cannot recover (about 10 to 15 degrees) Start timer when athlete touches the bed after calling "READY". At the end of the first timed bounce call "ONE" and so on until "TEN". Stop timer when athlete touches the bed on "TEN". The best of 2 attempts is recorded in seconds to two decimal points. Call "READY, AND, BEGIN" and start timer. Count number of completed V-Snaps in 15 seconds. Call "READY, AND, BEGIN" and start timer. Count number of completed Standing Back Tucks in 15 seconds. The difference in distance between the edge of the start line to the heels of the athlete is the score. The best of three attempts is recorded in cm. Start timer when first foot touches the ground past the start line. Stop timer when athlete passes finish line. The best of 2 attempts is recorded in seconds to two decimal points. Technical Prep Tests Athlete Actions Tester Actions Tramp: Swing Time from Standing Back Salto Perform a standing back salto of your choice and follow with 41(free), 4-(free) for 5 repetitions while Start timer when athlete touches the bed after Standing Back Salto. Start timer when athlete's 1st hand touches the ground in the round-off. Stop timer when athlete's Aim for as long and as fast as possible. feet touch the ground after the 4th backspring or whip.
