EXPERIMENT I
Suspend two sheets of paper about 1”
apart by holding them between the pages of a
book or your fingers.
Blow a current of air through a
straw between the two sheets as
shown in the diagram. BLOW
One of the partners will hold
the suspended paper while the other
blows air through the straw.

EXPERIMENT III
Cut your straw in half. Place half of the
straw in a clean 150 mL becker half filled with
water.

in the direction of the arrow across the top of the straw which is in the water.
