The convenience of using one pair of dumbbells for your whole workout is second to none. Since you typically use a relatively lighter weight for biceps curls, the resistance may seem too easy on the other exercises. (Leg raises are harder, so do them earlier in the circuit when you're less fatigued.) * Why do it: Besides the fact that bodyweight exercises are often described as being more functional, dips and pull-ups have always been used to build muscle size and strength, and leg/knee raises are great for targeting the stubborn lower abs.
