Invitation for Bids (IFB) #06-20-005 Custom USB Flash Drives for the Governor’s Housing Conference The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is seeking bids for custom USB flash drives, with lanyards or chains. The flash drives are to be uploaded with DHCD housing program and other pertinent conference material and to include the DHCD More House 4 Less logo. The flash drives will be distributed by DHCD to attendees at the Governor’s Housing Conference on September 21, 2006. I. Scope of Services/ Specifications Quantity: USB flash drives – 1,500 minimum, plus additional 500, final quantity to be determined upon delivery of data upload and logo lanyards or chains - 1,500 minimum, plus additional 500, final quantity to be determined upon delivery of data upload and logo USB Storage Capacity: Logo Data Availability: Delivery Deadline: II. Bids 1. By submitting a bid, a Bidder shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of this IFB and the resulting contract, attached as Exhibit A. Any exceptions to the terms of the IFB or the resulting contract must be clearly identified. A bid that takes exception to these terms may be rejected. 3. Price bids shall be submitted using the attached Price Bid form. The vendor will be responsible for any shipping costs it incurs. 4. Submit the completed Bid Form, with all other required documentation, by surface mail or e-mail so as to be received by the Procurement Officer by 2 pm local time, Friday, August 25, 2006. For surface mail, submit the bid package in a sealed envelope marked with the bid title and number; for email, indicate the bid title and number in the subject line of the email 5.
