Secretariats to provide necessary information to Virginia Burton as soon as possible. Consolidation into Education Group (ALL EDUCATIONAL AGREEMENTS report.doc) Secretariats, Chairs and IEM 2005 hosts to take cognisance of note prepared by Jim Birch. Consolidation into Professional Practice Group (and draft protocols for Joint Coordinating Committee APEC/EMF) Comments on draft proposal letter to John Webster by end July. John Webster to then sent final version to Chairs of APEC, EMF and ETMF. (Andrew Cleland to advise John Webster of this matter). 2. Common Issues Granting Provisional Admission and Signatory Status (WAAdmission2.doc) Comments to Maurice Allen by end July. All secretariats to be sent final version by Maurice Allen for further action. Draft International Accord Mentoring Guidelines (WAmentoringv3_gr.doc) Comments to Virginia Burton by end July. Final version to be sent by Virginia Burton to all Secretariats for further action. Monitoring/Review Visits (WA Review document Version 2.doc) Comments to Basil Wakelin by end July. 3. Education Accords Graduate Attributes/Professional Competences (IEWS-Graduate-Profiles-v1.4.doc; IEWS-Competency-profiles-v1.4.doc; IEWS-Common-Range- Definitionsv1.3.doc; EA-Profiles-of-Engineering-Professionals.doc) Work in progress. Comments to Hu Hanrahan by end July. UK EC to provide a proposal regarding the recognition of further learning programmes to WA Secretariat for discussion at IEM 2005. Programs delivered across national boundaries/distance mode program delivery (Distance Learning and Delivery across National Boundaries Recommendations.doc) Work in progress. Mobility Matters Matrix of benefits (EMF IRPE benefits list.doc) Comments on Andrew Cleland’s document on the credits given by each signatory should be passed to the Secretariat (Chris Simpson) by end July. IntPE(jurisdiction) Protocol (Protocol for IntPE use paper for IEM workshops.doc) Comments to be passed to the Secretariat by end July. Brochure Comments to be passed to the Secretariat with jurisdiction letters provided for each signatory (e.g. UK, SA, etc.) by end July. Two options are available for printing: UK 1. EC will print and ship brochure orders. Signatories pay for costs. Signatories provide contact details UK (for inclusion at end of brochure) and logo (for front cover usage). EC will provide cost for print run of numbers specified by each signatory. UK 2. EC will provide .pdf version of brochure following Signatories provision of contact details (for UK inclusion at end of brochure), logo (for front cover usage) and jurisdiction letters for IntPE. EC to provide specification for paper quality etc. EMF Review Process Guidelines (Attachment A - Guidelines for the EMF Review Processes v1.1.doc) Comments to be passed to the Secretariat by end July. Chair and Secretariat to scan WA documents for any points that could be included in the EMF document. ETMF Title Any further action to be taken by the Chair and Secretariat of ETMF. In all the above, a general rule is that proposals be passed to each Secretariat and Chair for appropriate further action. Page 2 of 2
