Commercial Metals Company (CMC) is a metal and mining company. It undertakes the manufacture, marketing and trading of
steel and metal products. The company, along with its subsidiaries, undertakes the recycling and fabrication of these products.
CMC has a wide network of more than 200 offices in the US and other countries. The company carries out its operations through
two operating divisions, namely, CMC Americas and CMC International. The CMC Americas division comprises three segments,
which includes, Americas Recycling, Americas Mills and Americas Fabrication and the CMC International division comprises
International Mills and International Marketing and Distribution segments.
