Forum Energy. It is engaged in the exploration, production and development of oil and gas reserves in Philippines. Forum
Energy's asset base consists of 70% interest in Service Contract 72 (SC72), formerly known as GSEC101 located west of
Palawan Island in the West Philippine Sea; 66.67% interest in the SC40 block in Cebu, a service contract, which includes the
onshore Libertad Gas Field and Maya discovery; and a 2.27% interest in the producing Galoc Field.
