• Interest free loan of £5,000 to £100,000 • For measures that reduce energy consumption • Loan amount up to 5 times the projected annual savings from cost items • Loan repaid over 4 years

• A tax incentive to purchase energy efficient equipment • Claim 100% capital allowance for eligible capital expenditure in the first year • Can be used in conjunction with Loan Action Scotland
