Dear Mr. Stare

I want to congratulate your group for growing by more than 15% over your membership of last year.
Scouts Canada's goal is to double our membership by the year 2014-2015 and to have more members
than ever before in our history by the year 2020. Every group has an opportunity to help us reach out
to more children and youth. I applaud your commitment and efforts - thanks so much for your
leadership.

Our Action Plan for Canadian Scouting is in the process of being implemented, with the goal of making
our organization more relevant to today's youth, and growing our movement. I thank you for
contributing to this by growing your sections, and encourage you to read more about our Action Plan at
