Commonest tumors 25% of women. Also called as “Fibroids” Common in blacks. Estrogen responsive, regress after castration or menopause. Rapid increase during pregnancy Whorls of smooth muscle, well demarcated Asymptomatic, bleeding or Press on bladder Abortion, malpresentation, PPH etc.
