Legislative District No. 2, State Representative, Position No. 1 – One Republican Candidate (Jim McCune)
Jim McCune - It has been an honor to represent our district. My goals as your State Representative during the last two years were to: Protect our veterans and seniors; Crack down on meth labs in our neighborhoods; Oppose tax increases and limit spending; Stronger sex offender laws. I have worked successfully across party lines in all of these areas, but there is more work to be done. As your Representative, I will work to demand high academic standards in the classroom and keep pushing for more transportation funding to relieve the out-of-control traffic in our district. If you believe government should be more dedicated to the interests and concerns of the people, I would be honored to have your vote for re-election as your State Representative. www.ElectJimMcCune.com Contact information for Jim McCune: PO Box 785, Graham, Washington 98338, (253) 846-5911, electmccune@iglide.net

Legislative District No. 20, State Representative, Position No. 1 – One Republican Candidate (Richard Debolt)
Richard Debolt - Richard DeBolt has been a devoted champion of safer, more prosperous communities in South Puget Sound. His track record of collaboration with employers, government and labor groups has yielded new job opportunities and better
wages for working families in the 20th District and around the state. He has worked with the nation’s leading children’s protection advocates to fight for stronger penalties for those who commit the most heinous crimes against children and the disabled. He is also working to safeguard the diminishing rights of property owners being eroded by government’s expanding authority to take private property for public use and overreaching land-use laws that restrict the use of private property without compensation. Richard DeBolt has achieved among the highest leadership positions in the House of Representatives. He is asking for your support to continue serving as a strong voice for the values and priorities of South Sound families. Contact information for Richard Debolt: 1673 S. Legislative District No. 22, State Representative, Position No. 1 – No Republican Candidate Filed Legislative District No. 22, State Representative, Position No. 2 – One Republican Candidate (Kevin Bonagofski)
Kevin Bonagofski - I look forward to representing the people in the 22nd District. Some of the areas I want to focus on related to social policy are strengthening domestic violence laws, while trying to reduce cases of the more injured party spending time in jail, providing more assistance to those wanting to get help for substance abuse problems, more assistance to help the mentally ill, and promoting adoption and foster-to-adopt services. In the economic arena, I want to restore the 1% lid on property tax increases, restore the I-601 spending limits, and eliminate the sales tax on government purchases.
Finally, I want to restore confidence in elections by: elimination of mail-in voting, but having polls open longer as is done in Texas, requiring photo ID when voting at the polls, and verifiable paper audits when people vote on touch screens. Please Vote for me. Contact information for Kevin Bonagofski: 2306 Dove Ln NE, Olympia, Washington 98506, (360) 508-0274, kevinbonag@aol.com
Legislative District No. 35, Senator – One Republican Candidate (Mark E. Shattuck)
Mark E. Shattuck - I’ll bring unencumbered fresh representation of the 35th district citizens’ will to the Senate. I am proud to be aligned with the Republican’s limited government approach. Government is derived from its people and they control it, not the reverse. I served 6 years on the Tumwater Council. My wife and I now own Tumwater Electric. Citizen oversight of our administration is vital. No more circumvention of the spending limits. I won’t support new unwanted taxes. I support the elimination of B&O tax, for economic and job growth, and the indefensible death tax. If government chooses to take away your use of property, you deserve compensation. Children need both parents; I will support shared parenting. From the mountains to the Sound I have lived and breathed the 35th district and respect the land and its people. Our forefathers gave us freedom, let’s not lose it. I will be proud to serve. Contact information for Mark E. Shattuck: 8209 Littlerock Rd. SW, Tumwater, Washington 98512, (360) 790-3283
Legislative District No. 35, State Representative, Position No. 1 – One Republican Candidate (Marco Brown)
Marco Brown - A comprehensive guest worker program will stop illegal aliens from draining Washington’s state social programs and services. Legislators enacting laws could solve the influx of illegals into our state, providing relief to existing social programs. Washington State must impose a minimum 25 year sentence for all sex offenders, and require mandatory registration and notification to communities of the presence of all level offenders upon release. Special Federal funding will be requested of the Federal Government to assist local authorities in the battle to eradicate meth labs plaguing rural communities and confiscate violator’s property when applicable. Our state must promote a friendly environment for businesses, and in turn, businesses must provide living wages where workers can afford Health Care coverage for their families. The Health Care crisis in Washington is unacceptable and a rapid response from legislators is imperative for the well being of its citizenry. Your vote is appreciated!
