The CANADA ASIA PACIFIC REAL ESTATE EXPO and CANADA ASIA PACIFIC EXPO HOLDING CORP. are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share or sell our customer information to anyone. All information collected will be used solely by CAPREE as statistics. Like most of internet sites, we do collect information in our website, for example, the daily number of visitors to our site. For the website pre-registration lucky draw: You must provide all necessary information in order for your entry to be valid. This contest is open to all residents of Canada, all current and former employees and volunteers of CAPREE or its affiliated companies are NOT ELIGIBLE. The prize is non transferable and has no cash surrender value. Winners will be randomly drawn by a CAPREE staff from all eligible entries. One entry per person or per household only, in the event that a person enters more than one entry, that person is disqualified. The winners will be announced on March 21st, 2008, 12:00PM. If a contestant is not there physically at that time or does not meet all of the contest conditions, another entry will be randomly drawn in its place from all remaining entries. Lucky Winners must attend the open ceremony (FREE) at VANCOUVER CONVENTION EXHIBITION CENTRE HALL C on March 21st, 2008, 12:00PM when the result is announced, all lucky winners need to be physically there to claim the prize. All entry forms become the property of CAPREE and will not be returned. CAPREE assumes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries or any software, hardware, network or other failures or malfunctions that interfere with the proper conduct of the contest. In order to win, entrant must first have complied with the privacy statement. If the winner is under the age of majority i.e. 19
(nineteen), his/her parent or legal guardian must sign the standard declaration and/or release on his/her behalf. All notifications about under the age of majority are subject to the consent from Canada
