							Macintosh-FireFox TieNet Headers/Footers

PROBLEM 1: There is no choice for Headers/Footers in the "FireFox" drop-
down.

SOLUTION: Call the BPS Tech Help Desk and get updated to the latest
version of FireFox. (Some of the Macs I have seen are still on Version 1)

SETTING HEADERS/FOOTERS IN MAC FIREFOX
- From the IEP page click on "Print Section" (or document)
- When the Printer Dialog box opens DO NOT CLICK ON PRINT.
- FIRST Look for a drop down list that is probably titled "Copies & Pages"
- From that list choose "FireFox"
- There are choices for both Header and Footer. Just pick from the drop-down
lists. (Page number, etc)
(You will probably want to avoid using "Title" or "URL")

PROBLEM 2: "I used this tip. Thank you for sending it.
However, it only worked for the one time print. The next thing
I printed had the headers on it again..."
SOLUTION: You can have different "Presets" specific to different printer
options. So you need to "Save" a "Preset" for TieNet. (It's easy)
- AFTER setting your header/footer options (following the instructions
above)
- DO NOT click "Print"
- Go to the "Presets" drop-down and choose "Save" - Give it a name like
"Tienet" and click OK.
Then just make sure, whenever you print from TieNet, that the appropriate
"Preset" is selected.
