  NOMINATION PROCESS
   Components review nominations and forward the
top candidate applications to the ELDP Office.
Tuition for civilian participants is $6,000 and can only
be paid using a MIPR. There is no tuition for military
personnel selected for the program. Travel and per
diem costs throughout the year for both military and
civilian participants are the responsibility of the
nominating organization. Travel and per diem costs
are approximately $20,000-$27,000.
