REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSULTING SERVICES Plaquemines Parish Government (Parish), Engineering Department is soliciting qualifications for a qualified Engineering firm (hereinafter referred to as the Engineer) to perform Engineering Services for Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs (HMGP) related to FEMA DR 1603 & 1607LA. The selected Engineer or Engineers will provide professional services to prepare plans & specifications for one (1) structure elevation and one (1) pilot reconstruction projects that qualify under this program. The process for the selection of the consulting firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirement of Federal Regulations 44CFR Part 13, Para 36 "Procurement". All responses will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria identified in the Consultant Statement of Qualifications Package available at the Plaquemines Parish Government Engineering Department, 102 Avenue "G", Belle Chasse, LA 70037 during the hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. The contract will be awarded based upon the proposal most advantages to Plaquemines Parish.
