LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana Request for Statement of Qualifications The Parish of Plaquemines is hereby soliciting the submittal of a Statement of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Professional Engineering Administration Services to Plaquemines Parish Government (PPG). The firm submitting a Statement of Qualifications must identify all sub-consultant firms which they expect to use to provide professional services and submit a Professional Services Questionnaire for each subconsultant. Eligible firms must have demonstrated experience in Professional Engineering Administration Services in Southeast Louisiana. Firms, including subconsultants failing to submit a Standard Form 255, will be declared non-responsive and will not be evaluated. Services to be performed from this advertisement may include, but not be limited to the following: ⁃ ⁃ ⁃ ⁃ ⁃ ⁃ ⁃ ⁃ ⁃ ⁃ ⁃ Assisting PPG in developing a comprehensive plan for managing all federal and non-federal levee work in Plaquemines Parish Program and project management of federal and non-federal levee projects and work in Plaquemines Parish Insure that all required federal, state and local permits are obtained and maintained throughout the life of the projects Scheduling and attending all meetings for levee projects and work with appropriate federal, state and local agencies Insure that all credits (past, present and future) in favor of Plaquemines Parish are submitted and approved Financial management including but not limited to establishing, processing and maintaining budgets, invoices, reimbursements, etc., with respect to federal and non-federal levee projects and work Public outreach and preparation of presentation(s) to support the Plaquemines Parish federal and non-federal levee programs and initiatives Assist PPG in the acquisition of real estate property rights necessary for federal and non-federal levee work Assist PPG in accomplishment of residential and commercial relocations as required for the federal and non-federal levees Coordination of work with other design, planning and program management services as required by PPG Coordination with landowners, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and other federal and state agencies for the extraction, processing and delivery of the necessary USACE approved material for the construction of the federal and non-federal levees in Plaquemines Parish
The selection criteria for the firm shall be as follows: ⁃ ⁃ Professional education, training and experience, especially in relation to the type and magnitude of work required for the particular project; Past and current professional accomplishments, especially in relation to the

type and magnitude of work required for the particular project; Nature, quantity and value of parish work previously performed and presently being performed; Size of the firm; Past performance on public contracts; Status of current or past litigation with Plaquemines Parish, if any; and Location of office where work will be performed.
Plaquemines Parish will retain Statement of Qualifications for one (1) year for the selection of projects. Statement of Qualifications shall only be submitted on Standard Form (SF) 255.
