Experience and qualifications
I have worked as a mediator, facilitator and trainer since 1974. Currently, I am a member of the Jackson
County District Court Mediator Panel, the Department of Justice State Facilitator and Mediator List and the
Pacific Northwest Region Shared Neutrals List. I am also a trainer with Department of Justice, Alternative
Dispute Resolution Program.
Since 1989, I have been employed by the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division, Reemployment and
Dispute Resolution Section. During that time period I have resolved more than 1,500 disputes between
injured workers and workers’ compensation insurers.
In my private practice, I currently mediate workplace, land use and neighbor-to-neighbor disputes in
southern Oregon.
