ASI MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Associated Students, Inc. is to enrich the quality of student life and to complement the educational mission of Cal Poly
through shared governance, student employment, student advocacy and a broad spectrum of programming, services and opportunities for
leadership and social interaction.
ASI VISION STATEMENT
ASI will be every student’s connection to the ultimate college experience.
PURPOSE STATEMENT
The purpose of the ASI Student performance evaluation is to assist in the student’s personal and career development.
STUDENT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Evaluate each student assistant on those factors related to his/her position. Please keep in mind that the descriptions under each factor are not
all inclusive and all items may not be relevant to each position. Please leave blank those sections for which you have little or no knowledge
of the performance.
After completing the evaluation form, please return to Human Resources along with completed Payroll Information Form by Friday,
February 15, 2008. Thank you for your participation in this performance evaluation process.
