A statement of the known commutative campaign expenditures based on the retail market value, signed by the candidates. B. An itemized list of all campaign expenses. C. A statement attesting to the validity of the total campaign expenses and contributions. D. An itemized report containing the full name, residence or business address of each person who has made one or more contributions to the campaign totaling Twenty-five ($25.00) dollars or more. E. 714.4 (B) Campaign treasuries shall be placed in a bank account. A copy of account statements, check stubs, deposit slips and any other financial documents shall be submitted on the first Wednesday of active campaigning and in the candidate or party’s final expense statement.
