In the matter of pension claim No.349,229 for Elijah M. Cornstubble as guardian of the minors of Green
M.Cornstubble of Co. G 60th Ill.Vol. Infantry.
Personally came before me, a Notary Public in and for said County and State, George Garrison aged 49
years and Sarah Garrison, aged 50 years, citizens of ---- ,County of Wayne, State of Illinois, well known to
me to be reputable and entitled to credit, and who being duly sworn, on oath declare in relation to
aforesaid case as follows:
That above named soldier was married previously to his marrying the
mother of the present minors of said soldier to a Miss Elizabeth
Williamson who died in February 1875.
They further declare that they (have) no interest in said case, and are not concerned in the prosecution and
are not related to the applicant.
