INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS TO TYPE THEIR MANUSCRIPT Author Name ,Co-Author name UBICC Publishers, Country info@ubicc.org ABSTRACT These instructions are for authors of submitting the research papers to the Ubiqutious computing and communication Journal. UBICC® is seeking research papers, technical reports, dissertation, letter etc for these interdisciplinary areas. The goal of the UBICC® journal is to publish the most recent results in the development of information technology. Keywords: instruction, full manuscripts, camera-ready, Microsoft Word format. 3.1.2 Author’s name Allow two blank lines between the title and the author’s full name. Author names are set in Times New Roman type face with 10 point in size, bold and centered. Authors from the same affiliations should be grouped. 3.1.3 Authors’ affiliation Author’s current affiliation should be typed under author’s name in Times New Roman type face with 10 point in size. Allow one blank line to the next author’s name and affiliation. 3.1.4 Abstract The heading of “ABSTRACT” is set with two blank lines after author’s affiliation in Times New Roman type face with 10 point size, bold. The abstract of not more than 15 lines should be singlecolumned with 20mm indents left and right. 3.1.5 Keywords Keywords of not more than 1 line shall be given below the abstract, starting with “Keywords:” in bold face. 3.1.6 Headings First level heading should be typed in capital letters in Times New Roman type face with 10 point in size, bold and be numbered. Allow one blank line both above and below the first level heading. In second level heading, only the first letter of each word is capitalized. Leave one line spacing above the second level heading. In third level heading, use Times New Roman type face with numbers as shown. “ACKNOWLEDGEMENT” are not numbered but “REFERENCES” are numbered .both are typed in capital face with Times New Roman type face10 point in size and bold. REFERENCES References should be indicated in the text by consecutive numbers in square brackets, as [1], [2] etc. 1 4 1 INTRODUCTION These instructions are for authors of submitting the research papers to the Ubiquitous computing and communication Journal. Please prepare your manuscripts in accordance with these guidelines. 2 REQUIREMENTS FOR MANUSCRIPTS All manuscripts must be typewritten clearly and carefully on A4 (210297mm) white paper with left and right margins of 25mm width, upper margin of 25mm and lower margin of 30mm height. The length of the manuscripts must not exceed 12 pages. You can delete our sample text and replace it with your own text. If you want to use some other form of word processor to format your text, than please use these guidelines and follow strictly the style described in detail here for headings, tables and figure captions, and so on. Authors who are not fluent in English are requested to ask a native English speaking colleague to correct their manuscript before submission. 3 TEXT FORMAT In text body, use a proportional typeface 10 point in size, preferably a Times New Roman type face. All text must be double-columned and singlespaced, with an indent of 5mm for the first line of each paragraph. Please take the following guidelines into consideration strictly. 3.1 Title, Author’s Name and Heading 3.1.1 Title The title should be typed in capital letters, using Times New Roman type face with 14 points in size, bold. It should be centered on the first page beginning on the 6th line. Ubiquitous Computing and Communication Journal All references should appear together at the end of the paper. The full references are cited in a numbered list of the following style: 4.1 In cases of journals [1] J. M. Davis: Simplified Diaphragm Analysis, Journal of Structural Div., ASCE, Vol. 103, pp. 2098-2109 (1977). 4.2 In cases of books [2] F. R. Shanley: Basic Structures, John Willey & Sons Inc., pp. 291-314 (1947) Authors are allowed to use such abbreviations of academic societies as ACI, ASCE, ASTM, CEB, ISO, RILEM, WCEE, JCI, JSCE, AIJ 4.3 Equations All equations are included in the text and numbered such as (1), (2) and (3). The number of the equation should appear at the right-hand margin. In the text, equations are referred to as Eq. (1) and so on. Allow 1 line spacing above and below equations. Both illustrations and lettering must be large enough to be legible. Captions of figures and photographs should appear below them and captions of tables are typed above. They should be positioned in the text with one line spacing above and below. Do not put text aside of them. All Figures and Tables must be arranged in a consecutive order and referred to in the text as Fig. 1 and Table 1 respectively. If required, authors may use both columns for Figures and/or Tables. These are to be submitted using our website www.ubicc.org All submitted papers will be sent out for an peer review process.
