In-House Architect / Construction Manager 20xx-20xx: Managed a $13+ million new construction of a three-level church,
semi-basement, main floor, and mezzanine project. Oversaw, supervised, and scheduled project.
Coordinated 20+ engineers and craftsmen and 400 contractors. Administered budget, contract forms, plans, code
requirements, and safety requirements.
Guided the new construction project. Collaborated with pastor and building committee; recommended

In-House Architect / Construction Manager, 20xx-Present: Conceptualized and crafted designs for two residences
located in Miami, FL, in construction process. In 20xx-20xx, designed and built a $7+ million Moorish style two-story
residence located on a ranch in Miami, FL, which was inspired by the Alhambra Palace in Granada, Spain. Oversaw 20
professionals and 200 contract laborers in development of the project. Constructed as a commercial building out of
concrete block, steel structure, and metal studs and approximately 80% of the surfaces on walls and ceilings out of carved
gypsum moldings and planks. Developed designs for a Mexican hacienda and a Netherlands style residence.
Handled construction administration, negotiated contracts, selected contractors and suppliers, administered
budgets, and maintained timelines.
Proposed designs and projects, including a diner at an antique car showroom warehouse, a Far West style town,
and a pavilion. Coordinated the entire construction process in at this Miami, FL, ranch.
Created a master plan of 40 acres for a zoo at the ranch location.
