The meat group

This group contains foods that are meats, poultry, fish, dried beans, eggs, and nuts. The main source of energy for long activity is found in the proteins that these foods provide.

The Fruit Group
This group is full of vitamins and minerals your body need to make you healthy. Eat four servings daily.

The Grain Group

This group should be chosen the most during your day! Try to eat at least six choices from this group. They will give you energy from their carbohydrates.
