Join us at Haramara Retreat for a very special week of Hot Yoga and Cool Food!

Haramara Retreat is pleased to offer a an incredible one-week Vinyasa Yoga Retreat* at bargain prices during
summer’s gorgeous beach weather!

This retreat is taught by Caitlin Matteson and Carlos da Silva, who together form a unique, dynamic teaching duo.
Their life-long passion for yoga has taken them around the world to India, across the USA, Mexico and Europe
teaching yoga retreats and studying extensively with renowned teachers, including Ana Forrest, Shiva Rea, Dharma
Mittra, and Sarah Powers, among others. Their transformative, fun and energetic flowing yoga classes incorporate
Pranayama, held poses and visualization.

Working together, Carlos and Caitlin deeply challenge students with compassion, humor, helpful adjustments and
attention to alignment. They encourage students to explore and reconnect to their 'true self' via exploration on and
off the yoga mat and all skill-levels are welcome.

Hot classes will cool down with the sparkling ocean and refreshing juices to maintain physical balance and hydration.
The group will have mid-days to spend on the beach, visiting town or taking a siesta in their open-air casita, and
evenings will find you salsa dancing in town, socializing with new friends over a long, delicious dinner or taking a sunset

Three meals a day are included, featuring refreshing and delicious, creative foods prepared by our international chefs.
While mostly vegetarian, local seafood is also incorporated and many dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
Margaritas on our new Terrace add a vacation feel to any day. So join us! Bring a friend! Rest, rejuvenate and
restore yourself with a week of yoga retreat!

Prices for this amazing week are $1,050 dorm, $1,150 double, $1,350 single and includes accommodations, three meals
a day, shuttle from Puerta Vallarta airport. Alcohol and tips not included.

*Please note this is not a Bikram class, but a strength building practice in the Vinyasa Style. The classes will have a strong Asana (postures) component,
with the sequences of poses varying each day to focus on a particular theme or purpose. Each class will include Asana (Postures), Maha Bandha
(Aligment), Pranayama (Breath Work), and Meditation. Agni (heat) will be used to facilitate opening and relaxing the muscles and detoxifying the body,
leading to grounding and connecting with the present moment.

                                                                                                        310-463-0262 for more information
