Facilities Maid Service Plan Our housekeeping staff will now clean your dorm room twice a month for a small semester fee!

Listed suite fees are for the entire suite and are divided between the numbers of occupants in the suite. All occupants must sign the sign-up form and participate in the plan to service a suite.
Plan A - Mt. Clef, Thompson, Pederson, Old and New West
Bathroom - includes cleaning the following: Ceiling vent cleaned Mirror wiped Floor washed Toilet and walls around the toilet washed Sink and countertop sanitized & washed Tub/shower area sanitized & washed Vacuum Living Room and Bedrooms Remove trash (only the black and recycling bins provided by the campus)

Bathroom - includes cleaning the following: Ceiling vent cleaned Suite Fees for 1 Semester Mirror wiped (Fee divided among 4 suite Floor washed members is only $115 or $135 Toilet and walls around the toilet washed each for the entire semester) Sink and countertop sanitized & washed Tub/shower area sanitized & washed Mogen Hall $ 460 Vacuum Living Room and Bedrooms Kramer Court $ 460 Remove trash (only the black and recycling bins provided by the campus) Grace Hall $ 540 Kitchen Wash the floor, countertop and sink. Clean the Refrigerator, Stove Cooktop, Oven and Stove Vent (monthly)

- CLU Owned Houses and Granada Garden Apartments
Bathrooms - includes cleaning the following: Ceiling vents cleaned Fees for 1 Semester Mirrors wiped (Fee divided among 8 suite Floors washed members would be $90 each for Toilets and walls around the toilet washed the entire semester). Sinks and countertops sanitized & washed Tub/shower areas sanitized & washed Vacuum Living Room, Den and Bedrooms CLU House $ 720 Remove trash (only the black and recycling bins provided by the campus) Granada Gardens call for quote Kitchen Wash the floor, countertop and sink. Clean the Refrigerator, Stove Cooktop, Oven and Stove Vent (monthly) Laundry Room Wipe down the appliances. Sweep and mop the floor.
