Following Up with Prospects, Members & Candidates
  1. Prospect Emails question(s)
        a. Go to the Email Library. In the section for 24/7 Prospects - Not Yet Members,
open the “More Information About 24/7” email.
        b. Can you answer the prospect’s question(s) with one or more of the standard
           answers?
                  i. Absolutely Yes. I am 100% sure the standard FAQ/answer(s) is the very
best way to answer my prospect’s question(s): Go to Step 1c.
ii. I am not 100% sure but I think I know which FAQ to use. Go to Step 1d.
iii. No. The situation/answer is not there. Go to Step 1e.
        c. If it has been at least 2 hours since your prospect sent you the email with their
questions, send the standard email to your prospect using the email library. Go to
           Step 1g.
        d. Send the standard email only to your sponsor with a copy to yourself, using the
FAQ you think is right. Use “DRAFT” as the first name. Go to Step 1f.
        e. Use the “More Information” email as a template. Do your best to compose the
answer(s) to your prospect’s question in Gmail. Once you’ve composed the
email, send it to your sponsor with “Draft” in the subject line.
Important Note: DO NOT just forward the email to your sponsor and ask “how
do I answer this?” or “I don’t know how to answer this”. Do the best you can to
figure it out the response yourself. This will help to shorten your learning curve
as well as give your sponsor a break because the majority of the email will
already be drafted. Your sponsor will make whatever additions and corrections
are necessary and send it back to you. Go to Step 1f.
        f. WAIT for your sponsor to send back the OK and/or any changes they make to
the email. If it has been at least 2 hours since your prospect sent you the email
with their questions, send the modified and/or approved email to your prospect.
Important Note: DO NOT send the email without your sponsors OK and/or
additions. Remember we are interviewing and looking for serious people only.
We are not in a rush to get back with your prospect and we’ll reply in a
reasonable time frame. When we do reply, we want the information to be
accurate and professional, so both you and the system are represented in as
good a light as possible. Go to Step 1g.
        g. Do nothing else unless your prospect initiates another communication by
emailing another question, taking a tour, pre-enrolling, joining, calling, etc. The
automated part of the system will continue to follow up with them on your behalf
           until such time.
  2. Prospect Calls
        a. Let the call go to voicemail
        b. Do not speak to the prospect without your sponsor/support team

“Where High Tech Meets High Touch”

      c. Do not schedule an appointment with your prospect (either via email or by
         speaking with them)

               i. Leave a Voicemail – Do nothing else until your prospect returns your call.
                     1. When they return your call follow steps 2a through 2e again.
Continue to follow steps 2a through 2e until you and your sponsor
speak with your prospect. Note: It is perfectly fine to play phone
tag and leave 3 or 4 messages back and forth before you and
your sponsor speak with your prospect. Remember, we are
successful busy people looking for successful busy people. It is
much better to play phone tag over several days, then to have
communications with your prospect outside of the duplicable
                         process.
                     2. No Return Call - Go to Step 2f
              ii. Speak with your prospect
                     1. Have a brief conversation with your prospect, answering questions
in a short and concise manner. Remember, we want to peak their
curiosity enough to take the next step (enroll, take a tour, pre-
enroll, etc). We do not want to have a lengthy conversation that
satisfies their curiosity. If they are interested in 24/7, send them to
the site to enroll for free.
                     2. After speaking with prospects who are interested in 24/7, Send out
the “24/7 Phone Followup” from the 24/7 Prospects – Not Free
Members Yet section of the Email Library. For other situations
your sponsor will advise. Go to Step 2f
      f. Do nothing else unless your prospect initiates another communication by calling
you, joining as instructed or if they email, take a tour, pre-enroll, join any income
stream, call again, etc. The automated part of the system will continue to follow
up with them on your behalf until such time.
3. Prospect takes a tour, submits an interview, pre-enrolls or fills out a form
      a. Send the appropriate Phonevite message. (The only exception is USA or

         1st message on your behalf)

        a. Candidate not there when you call for your scheduled appointment
                 i. Leave “Broken Appointment” message
                ii. Send Broken Appointment Email
iii. Do nothing else unless your Candidate initiates another communication
by emailing, calling, etc. The automated part of the system will continue to
follow up with them on your behalf until such time.
        b. What did you think of prototype system
        c. Did Candidate have enough time to thoroughly complete the follow-up homework
assignment (How it Works and Viral Marketing)? The answer to this question will
determine how in depth of a discussion you will decide to have with your
            candidate during this call.
        d. Review any questions that Candidate had difficulty with
        e. Ask what questions they have and discuss.
        f. Do they want to continue in the process?
                 i. No – Thank them for their time and let them know we’ll continue to follow
                    up with them by email.
ii. Yes – Go to step 21g.

        g. Let your Candidate know what the next step in the process is and schedule a
follow up appointment. The homework assignment will vary depending on the
discussions you have had with Candidate. You are the consultant and you and
your sponsor decide what the next step is, not the member. The next step could
be one of any of the below:
                  i. Read through Viral Marketing & How it works. Go to step 22.
ii. Go back and read Viral Marketing & How It Works again. Go to step 22.
iii. To go back and read through the initial homework assignment (Candidate
had a lot of challenge completing the quiz). Go to step 22.
iv. To look at their 3 viral marketing websites and click on the links to see
how the Pro vs Free works with viral marketing. Go to step 22.
                 v. The Investment Overview & Tools (This should not be sent out until you
and your sponsor feel like the member truly understands the value of the
                       system). Go to step 23.
Note: DO NOT have your member put together their personal resources
(time and money). This is a step for later in the process.
22. Follow-Up Appointment with Candidate - Candidate is still working towards
understanding the basic concepts of the system, how everything works and what the real
    value is.
        a. Ask what questions they have and discuss.
        b. Discuss anything else you feel needs to be addressed, even if they have not
            asked about it.
        c. Let your Candidate know what the next step in the process is and schedule a
follow up appointment. The homework assignment will vary depending on the
discussion you had with your Candidate. You are the consultant and you and
your sponsor decide what the next step is, not the Candidate. The next step
could be one of any of the below:
                  i. Read through Viral Marketing & How it works. Repeat step 22.
ii. To go back and read through Viral marketing & How It Works. Repeat
                       step 22.
iii. To go back and read through the initial homework assignment. Repeat
                       step 22.
iv. To look at their 3 viral marketing websites and click on the links to see.
how the Pro vs Free works with viral marketing. Repeat step 22.
                 v. The Investment Overview & Tools. (This should not be sent out until you
and your sponsor feel like the Candidate truly understands the value of
the system). Go to Step 23
Note: DO NOT have your Candidate put together their personal resources
(time and money). This is a step for later in the process.
23. Follow-up Appointment with Candidate - Candidate has received the Investment
    Overview & Tools
        a. Ask what questions they have and discuss.

“Where High Tech Meets High Touch”

b. Discuss anything else you feel needs to be addressed, even if they have not
   asked about it.
c. Decide what the next step is (relevant to the discussions with your Candidate):
        i. Candidate needs more time to review/think/talk to spouse/etc
               1. Leave the ball in their court and let them get back with you
               2. Do nothing else until they call or email you again. The serious
candidates will get back with you when they are ready.
ii. Candidate loves the system and feels like this is 100% for them. They
have a good understanding of how the system works, the value, they
have the necessary time and financial resources and want to move
           forward.
               1. Send the Letter of Understanding (LOU)
               2. Schedule a follow-up appointment.
               3. Go to Step 25
iii. Candidate loves the system, but feels like the monthly financial
commitment is out of their reach at the moment.
               1. Do not talk about an ELS system or any other specific customized
                   plan.
               2. Have your candidate work on figuring out what their resources are
                   (time & money).
               3. You can tell them with at least $160 a month we can automate a
lot of the system for them. Do not get into detail as to what tools
                   and work that would entail.
               4. Give them whatever time they need to do this (you should insist
they take at least several days)
               5. For finances: Suggest that they write everything down that goes in
and out each month. Have them figure out if there are any
businesses or tools they pay for on the Internet but aren’t using.
Suggest that cancelling programs like these might be a way for to
                   free up marketing funds.
               6. Do not let them just throw out figures. They need to take the time
to really think it through, just like any serious business and plan.
               7. Time per week: Again, don’t just let them throw out a number to
you or say something like “I have lots of time” or “time isn’t a
problem”. Insist that they figure out exactly how many hours
they can invest each week. With finances being the challenge,
time is even MORE important to the marketing plan.
               8. Schedule a Follow-up appointment
               9. Do nothing else until the next appointment. Do not send them
a customized plan of any kind.
               10. Go to Step 24
iv. Candidate is unsure if this is for them/thinks the system is expensive

“Where High Tech Meets High Touch”

                        1. This is normally a value issue. Decide if there is any other
                            homework to send them.
                        2. DO NOT have them work on their resources (time & money) –
Customized marketing plans are ONLY for Candidates who love
the system, have the right “stuff” and lack only the finances.
                        3. Give them some more homework and then leave it in their court to
                            get back with you.
                        4. Do nothing else unless your Candidate initiates another
communication by emailing, calling, etc. The automated part of the
system will continue to follow up with them on your behalf until
                            such time.
                 v. Candidate does not want to continue in the process.
                        1. Thank them for their time and let them know this is the interview
process doing its job and we have appreciated the time invested.
We’ll continue to follow up with them by email.
24. Follow-up to Discuss Candidate’s Personal Resources
        a. Find out specifically how many hours per week and how much money per month
           your candidate can reasonably invest.
        b. If your candidate does not have BOTH of these figured out, then setup another
follow-up appointment and insist that these are the two investments required to
build a business. We cannot customize a plan for them without knowing what
their resources are. Do not send a customized plan of any kind to them.
        c. If the monthly financial figure is under $160, ask them if the monthly budget could
           be stretched to $160.
        d. Let your candidate know we will need at least 2 or 3 days to put a customized
plan together for them. We will then email them the customized plan as an
attachment in an email. They should take at least 2 to 3 days to look through the
           information.
        e. Schedule a follow up appointment for at least 4-6 days later.
        f. Continue to Step 25
25. Follow-up to Investment Overview
        a. Ask what questions your Candidate has and discuss
        b. Address any and all concerns
        c. Address anything you feel should be discussed but was not asked about
        d. Do you and your candidate want to move forward?
                  i. Yes, 100% sure – Send the Letter of Understanding and make a follow-up
                     appointment. Go to Step 26
ii. No – Thank them for their time and let them know this is the interview
process doing its job and we have appreciated the time invested. We’ll
continue to follow up with them by email.
iii. Maybe, but they are still unsure/not committed
                        1. Give them any other homework or review you think they may need
                        2. Leave the ball in their court to get back with you

                        3. Do nothing else unless your Candidate initiates another
communication by emailing, calling, etc. The automated part of the
system will continue to follow up with them on your behalf until
                            such time.
                        4. Do not send the LOU.
26. Follow-up to discuss the Letter of Understanding
        a. Answer what questions your candidate has
        b. Address any and all concerns
        c. Address anything you feel should be discussed but was not asked about
        d. Do you and your candidate want to move forward?
                 i. Yes, 100% sure – Schedule the Commitment Call. Go to step 27.
The automated part of the
system will continue to follow up with them on your behalf until
                            such time.
27. Commitment Call
        a. All members of the support team should be on the line before calling the
           candidate
        b. Before calling the Candidate, it should be discussed how everyone will be
introduced and who will do what speaking.
        c. Ask the Candidate if they have any questions or open concerns or issues.
        d. Walk the Candidate through each item and be sure they have a 100%
           understanding of the commitment.
        e. Did you/sponsor/mentor talk the candidate out of it?
                 i. Yes. Congratulations. The Interview Process has done its job and
eliminated a Candidate who was not right for the system at this time. Let
your Candidate know that we appreciate the time they invested in the
interview process and we’ll continue to follow-up with them by email
ii. No. The Candidate is ready to move forward. Congratulations. The
Interview Process has done its job and located a potentially qualified
individual for your Board of Directors! Go to step 28.
28. 24 Hr Cooling Off Period
        a. Make an appointment with your Candidate for at least 24 hours later to setup
           their system.
        b. The cooling off period is to make sure the Candidate is indeed ready to start. If
there is anything that arises during that time that causes your Candidate not to

“Where High Tech Meets High Touch”

start, this is a very good thing for them and you and exactly why this step is in
place. The system will continue to follow up with them by email.
        c. The 24 hour cooling off period is a minimum and not to be taken literally. If the
Candidate is not available to start the setup of their system for 4 days, then that
is when you make the appointment for. Also, for example, if the Candidate is
available to setup their system and in 22 hours, then make the appointment to
setup their system at that time. In other words, use common sense in this
            matter. Go to step 29.
29. Send 24/7 Setup Instructions Email
30. Assist your FastTrack PRO Member with selection of domain names and other setup
    tasks as needed.
31. Test your FastTrack PRO Member’s system and seed yourself in each of their
    campaigns
32. Send Training Call Schedule after their system is setup.
33. Send Launching Your System email for instructions on how to test their forms and
safelists folders in inbox and direct them to the training audio files.
