fitness to more than 4,000 schools and 600,000 students each year while raising millions
of dollars for heart disease and stroke research, health education, and social change.

A yard/bake sale will be held in the school gym on Saturday, May 15 from 8:00 AM to

Don’t forget we also need baked items. They are always very popular, so get baking.

sale as well as volunteers to help with the sale on the 15th. If you would be able to help
out it would be greatly appreciated. Any amount of time would be helpful. Please return
the slip below by Monday, May 10th if you are able to volunteer. Thank you.

Please tell everyone you know to stop by Seawood School on the 15th for great deals.

Members of the Saint John Astronomy Club will have a display of telescopes and
free literature at our yard sale. They will also have telescopes set up for safe solar (sun)
viewing (weather permitting). They will have a telescope clinic at their display and
invite anyone who owns a telescope and would like to learn how to use it, or if it needs
repairs (lens cleaning, general repairs etc.) to bring their telescope along for a free
telescope tune-up tutorial. There will also be an evening session on May 15th from 8:30 –
11:00 PM in the back parking lot of the school for viewing through various telescopes
