GOALS:
The goals of this conference are to 1) reinforce knowledge of neuroanatomy through examination of the human brain 2) discuss the relationship of gross changes in the brain to common neurological diseases
OBJECTIVES:
After participating in the session the student will be able to: 1) Describe the location of pathologic lesions with respect to important neuroanatomical structures 2) Discuss one or two pathologic processes associated with diffuse or global lesions in the CNS 3) Discuss one or two pathologic processes associated with focal or multifocal lesions in the CNS 4) Name a disease process that illustrates the concept of differential cellular susceptibility in the CNS Category Overall quality of conference Relevance of selected cases Organization/tempo of conference Effectiveness of faculty teaching Effectiveness of fellow teaching (if applicable) How well did conference meet stated goals and objectives?
