Vineyards for an elegant evening of food and wine. Charlie will share stories from this award
    winning winery as we enjoy the following menu crafted specifically to pair with their

               Texas Quail and Lemongrass finished with a Goat Cheese Foam
                       Paired with Mumm Brut Sparkling, Napa Valley

              Poached Petite Salmon finished with a Caviar Vermouth Cream
                 Paired with 2009 Twomey, Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley

                                     2nd Course
          Pan Roasted Rabbit accompanied with Tourné of Potatoes and Parsnips
                Paired with 2008 Twomey, Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley

                                         3rd Course
                 Karabuta Pork Belly Confit finished with a Port Reduction
                           & accompanied with Squash Blossom
            Paired with 2006 Silver Oak, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley

         New York Strip accompanied with Prosciutto & Figs filled with Brie Cheese
             Paired with 2005 Silver Oak, Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
