RESCUE - DOG DAY AFTERNOON – August 7,2010
Half-Day Forest Preserve - Shelter C
Entrance is near Vernon Hills on Milwaukee Avenue, Rte. 21,
From the north, two miles south of Rte. 60
From the south, One mile north of Rt. 22, Half Day Road
Starting at: 10:30 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. Rain or Shine
Grilling will begin at Noon
R.S.V.P. by Wednesday, July 28 – due to limited capacity

CMSC provides Hamburgers, Brats, Buns and all Tableware
YOU bring a dish to pass for 10 to 12 people

CMSC will also provide ex-pens for the dogs, bottled water & water bowls. Please have
collars and leashes for your pet, and a crate, if you wish. Karen Gaydos will bring agility
equipment and show you how to use it.
We will again offer CGC testing. It’s easy and fun so please consider getting your dog’s CGC
certificate.
We will have fun events (with prizes) Such as Best Costume, Best Groomed Male and
Female pet, Best Trick & Best trick dog.
Raffle and 50/50 Drawing…bring your $$$$
HEADS UP!
THE CLUB IS HAVING A PHOTO CONTEST FUNDRAISER. THERE WILL BE AN
INFORMATION FLYER AT THE PICNIC ON RULES, AND HOW TO PARTICIPATE.
