 Executed an Evaluation contract for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Youth Peer
   Education Network Project (Project is being implemented in 20 countries), evaluating the programme
   impact, outcomes and processes in Russia, in Macedonia and Bosnia & Herzegovina
 Successfully Facilitating Export Prospecting for a Canadian client in the Health Products Sector
   looking to enter into African market place.
     o     Set up and Facilitated meetings for client in East and South Africa, with high profile Public
           and Private Sector including: President of Uganda, Ministers of Health of Uganda and
           Rwanda, Director General of Health Services in Uganda, CEO of a leading Medical
           products Distributorship in South Africa, CEO of one of the largest private Lab services
           company in South Africa
     o     Assisted in clinching an order of approximately $1 million for a pilot project in Uganda, with
           larger order to be confirmed, following successful implementation of pilot project
 Participated as team member in organizing a Trade Mission and Matchmaking for New Brunswick IT
   companies looking at getting into the Atlanta market
 Assisted a Canadian Client in the operationalizing of a Web Portal ; collecting, compiling, editing and

Lake Victoria Environmental Management Project, Uganda
US$ 77m World Bank funded Project for the rehabilitation of Lake Victoria’s ecosystem and its catchment area
implemented by the three countries of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
   Member of Project Management team located at the National Secretariat in Uganda.
   Supervised the setting up of a $300,000 Management Information System (MIS). Responsibilities
    included: identifying and specifying system requirements, outlining expected deliverables at of
    the Project and participating in the selection and procurement for the services of the Consultants
   Responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation of project activities , based on mutually agreed Key
    Performance Indicators, and writing Quarterly Reports to the World Bank and the government
    supervision ministry. Project was implemented by 10 different government departments in Uganda
   Established and administered a 20-user LAN at the National Secretariat

   Participated in designing processes and forms for the VAT System and travelled throughout the
    country, training and sensitizing traders for the new tax regime
