Brief Profile        Prof. D. T. Shete is Director Water Resources Engineering and

                     Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Samiala since 04-10-2002. He
                     has been nominated by the Government of India on working group on
                     “Integrated Land and Water Resources Management of International
                     Commission on Irrigation and Drainage" in 2005. He is the only Indian
                     Recipient to have U.S.A.I.D and Govt. of India funded Water Resources
                     Management and Training Project funded fellowship to undergo in depth
                     10 months training in Water Resources Management at various U.S.
                     Universities from 21-09-1987 to 20-07-1988. He is Fellow of Institution of
                     Engineers (India), Indian Water Resources Society and Indian Society of
                     Hydraulics. He is Executive Member of Indian Water Resources Society
                     during 2005-07 and 2009-11. He is Executive Member of Association of
