Comparative Analysis of Factors Affecting the Use of Complementary and Alternative Medicine and Prayer and Spiritual Healing by Catherine M. Simile, Patricia M. Barnes, Barbara J. Background • CAM – a group of diverse medical and health care systems , practices, and products that are not presently considered to be part of conventional medicine.
