NBMBAA Vision
Our Vision
• To be an organization which leads in the creation of economic and intellectual wealth for African Americans

Our Mission
• As a professional membership organization of Black graduates with MBAs, advanced degrees, and entrepreneurs, we will increase the number as well as the diversity of successful Blacks in the business community by:
– Providing innovative programs to stimulate their intellectual and economic growth – Building partnerships with key stakeholders who help facilitate this growth – Increasing awareness and facilitating access to graduate management education programs and career opportunities in management fields

National Organization
• Established in 1970, the National Black MBA Association is dedicated to develop partnerships that result in the creation of intellectual and economic wealth in the black community.
In partnership with over 400 of the country's top business organizations, the association has inroads into a wide range of industries as well as the public and private sector. Yet all of NBMBAA's partners have one thing in common: they are all committed to the organization's goals and values.

•

•

The organization gains its strength from a strong belief in community and a commitment to its development through economic and educational development initiatives that support the global African American community.

Who We Are
• The National Black MBA Association is a non-profit organization of minority MBAs, business professionals, entrepreneurs and MBA students. With over 6,000 members world-wide working in both private and public sectors, we share a commitment to education and business—the two principal keys to the economic development of the Black community.
Our geographical diversity is strong, encompassing 40 chapters in the United States and members at-large in Africa, Europe, Asia/Pacific and Latin America.

Who We Are
• If you are looking for a network of business professionals with a commitment to education, career development and promoting the economic wealth of the African American community... the National Black MBA Association is for you! The strength of the NBMBAA as an organization lies in its extensive network of local chapters. Through its 40 professional chapters nationwide and 10 Collegiate Chapters the NBMBAA keeps abreast of issues affecting members across the country and around the world.
