Heat Stroke Warning Signs
•   Extremely high body temperature
•   Red, hot and dry skin (no sweating)
•   Rapid, strong pulse
•   Throbbing headache
•   Dizziness
•   Nausea
•   Confusion
•   Unconsciousness

                                                                •   Heavy sweating
                                                                •   Paleness
                                                                •   Muscle cramps
                                                                •   Tiredness
                                                                •   Weakness
                                                                •   Dizziness or fainting
                                                                •   Headache
                                                                •   Nausea or vomiting




Tips to Stay Safe
•   Drink plenty of fluids
•   Replace salt & minerals
•   Wear appropriate clothing
•   Use sunscreen
•   Schedule outdoor activities carefully
•   Pace yourself
•   Stay cool indoors
•   Use a buddy system
•   Monitor those at high risk
•   Adjust to the environment
•   Do not leave children in cars
