                    elcome to Breeze, the magazine for Southampton Airport. I’m thrilled
                    to have become the new airport Managing Director. I’m really
 looking forward to leading the Southampton Airport team, and building upon its
 excellent reputation throughout Europe for top customer service.
   There is a lot happening to transform the airport this year including new restaurants,
 comfort facilities and rail access. Find out more on page 5, and our latest airline
 business news on page 18.
   We have lots on offer from Southampton Airport. With around 50 European
 destinations, and over 900 weekly flights from your local airport, there’s a wide variety
 of places to choose from.
   Málaga in southern Spain remains a firm favourite for holidaymakers. Located on
 the Costa del Sol (meaning Coast of the Sun), the area boasts beautiful golden beaches
 and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, all just a short hop from Southampton
 Airport with Flybe. See pages 20 to 23 for more details.
   Looking for something more scenic? Why not explore Brittany in northern France?
