            - Disadvantages
                  - Limited to one platform per office
                  - Available only during office hours
                  - Student must go to CBI Lab
                  - Off-line delivery
                        - Admins manually update students learning history in LMS

• Content lifecycles may exceed the useful life of the
  authoring tool
• Courseware acquired from outside vendors i.e., OTS
  from airlines etc.
• Blackboard to Plateau
• Standardization among organizations
• Did I mention bandwidth?
• Experienced designers/developers
