                 IRS Exempt Organizations is offering one-day workshops for small and mid-size tax exempt
                 organizations. The workshops are presented by experienced IRS Exempt Organizations specialists that
                 will explain what 501(c)(3) organizations must do to keep their tax-exempt status and comply with tax
                 obligations. These one-day introductory workshops are designed for administrators or volunteers who are
