Inquiry. It replaces the standard V TAAP Form 5 used for reading, math, and the content knowledge domains.
The Participation Note s for each inquiry process step should be used to desc ribe student level of
participation/involvement and supply additional explanation of procedure or evidence submitted. Check the
appropriate level of inquiry box (Directed, Cooperative, Independent - see science introduction) and provide a brief
description of Student Role (expected student res pons es/actions) and Teacher Role (actions/instructions, AT
supports, materials presented, etc.)
