AFFIDAVIT OF MATIHEW DAVID JOSEPH VESCE NOW COMES, Matthew David Joseph Vesce, after being duly sworn, deposes and states as follows: 1. My name is Matthew David Joseph Vesce, and I am 27 years old and am competent to
testify as to matters herein. 2. 3. I am a freelance Hispanic marketing consultant. I worked on a consulting basis with Jens Christensen in the Spring of 2007. As Jens
and his family were getting acclimatized to life in the United States, I help him in the acquisition of John Deere tractors for export back to his home in Denmark.

Jens was a family friend and ex-customer of The Original Log Cabin Homes, Ltd. Jens told me, after David DeHart left The Original Log Cabin Homes, Ltd, that he no

longer wished to business with The Original Log Cabin Homes, Ltd. after his last contract with the them. He stated he the only person he trusted there was David DeHart. 6. He was, in no way, lured away by David DeHart nor advised by David DeHart to stop
doing business with The Original Log Cabin Homes, Ltd. He, however, had decided to come to the United States and find his own source for building materials and export them to his company, Valhalla, in Denmark. 7. It is my understanding that Jens' company was not using any "intellectual property" of
The Original Log Cabin Homes, Ltd. 8. Around May, 207, Jens received a phone call from Thomas Vesce, President of The
Original Log Cabin Homes, Ltd. I was in Jens' office when he received this phone call. 9. Mr. Vesce was yelling so loud that I could hear every word. During this call, Ms.

Vesce swore at Jens while threatening he and his family's deportation.
I thought this to be strange as
Jens and his family were here legally on tourist visa. He also threatened to take him to court and drain him of his money. pleaded for resolve. 10. Mr. Vesce apparently was upset about a contract that Jens' company, Valhalla, had Jens remained clam and diplomatic. He was afraid of these threats and
made with The Original Log Cabin Homes, Ltd. He was upset that Jens' company may not:fulfill the contract for which they had already paid a non-refundable deposit.

Jens stated to Mr. Vesce that Valhalla had every intention to fulfill the contract,
although per the terms of the contract, they did not have to. He also stated to Mr. Vesce that the contract was between ValhaIla and The Original Log Cabin Homes, Ltd. and that Mr. Vesce had no justification 12. in the threats made to Jens and his family. After the telephone conversation, Jens wrote an email (attached hereto as Exhibit 4A)
to Mr. Vesce, with a carbon copy to Dorothy Joyner, comptroller at The Original Log Cabin Homes, Ltd. 13. this email. 14. The above information is based on my personal knowledge, information, and belief. Jens gave me permission to use this email as necessary, read, print and make a PDF of

T expect an excuse from you regarding some of the things you said/yelled to me.
Whats wrong with you yelling at me like that? J have been doing business with you and your company since 1998. Maybe not as a big volume buyer, but I have ordered quite a bit from you. I had no intentions whatsoever of not fulfilling our contract. This contract is made between Log Cabin Homes and Valhalla Log Homes APS. Just for your information I paid 10% of the order to freeze the price. The 24 month contract was signed in July 2006. So Tom Vesce, what the hell are you talking about trying to give me and my family hell, and saying you will try to have us thrown out of the USA ??? If you want to talk about business that is one thing BUT insulting/threatening me and my family is another. Please decide what it is you want from me. Best Regards, Jens K. Christensen
