CAREER SUMMARY

Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM, practiced real estate law and was a title insurance agent during the 1980s,
and has been a consultant to real estate lawyers and title companies since 1990. Dan is a licensed
NH real estate broker, and received his CCIM designation in October, 2004. He provides brokerage
and consulting services to investors along the Route I-93/101 corridors in southern New Hampshire,
and is a regular columnist for the New Hampshire Business Review. Dan has lived and worked in
southern New Hampshire for over 25 years, and currently resides in Auburn, just east of
Manchester. He is married, with 2 adult children, and his interests include music, hiking, running,
reading, the fine arts and travel.
