Hotel For Dogs [PG]
release date 15/01/2009 Antarctica Matt and the crew found themselves battling a fierce storm while trying to manoeuvre through a field of icebergs, ranging in size from the size of soccer balls to some miles long. After two years of hard work and meticulous planning Matt reached his destination of Commonwealth Bay Antarctica and spent four amazing days exploring Mawson’s Hut. On the return journey 550 nautical miles south of Tasmania while battling another horrendous storm the boat was knocked down by a wave over 50 feet high. 12 hours later while Matt was on deck steering the boat it was once again knocked down, and he was almost washed over board. Although a life threatening ordeal Matt was in the prime position to witness this extreme display of raw power, a truly life changing experience.
