  returned this order form with payment, size changes may not be accommodated. Orders for custom suits after the
closing date may receive a plain, un-customized suit and priced appropriately. It will be at the discretion of your team
   suit representative as to whether or not a second round of custom orders will be made available. Pricing may be
             adjusted appropriately to account for minimum charges incurred in the silk screening process.
