             IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE


PRECAUTIONS:
This exercise machine is built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions apply whenever
you operate a piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to read the entire manual before you
assemble or operate your machine. In particular, note the following safety precautions:

1.     Before beginning any exercise program, consult a physician.
2.     Keep children away from this machine.
3.     Only one person at a time should use the machine.
4.     Position the machine on a level surface. DO NOT use the machine outdoors.
5.     Keep body and clothing free from and clear of all moving parts.
6.     Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. DO NOT wear loose clothing
       that could become caught in the machine. Athletic shoes are recommended
       when using the machine.
7.     A spotter is recommended during exercise.
8.     Use the equipment only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO NOT use
       attachments not included with this machine. DO NOT attempt to repair broken
       or worn parts.




      WARNING:
Before starting an exercise program, consult a physician. Physical injury may occur. Keep away
from moving parts to prevent injury. Read all instructions before using equipment. Injury
can occur if the precautions above are not observed.

Assembly Instruction

Step 1
Attach 30 LB Left Flex Bar (2) and 30 LB Right Flex Bar (3) to Back Pad Seat (1) as shown below.
Find 2 knobs where the washer and spring washer are already assembled. Connect to the
right and left side of the back pad seat. Tighten with knobs (4), spring washer (10)
and washer (11).

Step 2
Press “PUSH” button on 30 LB Left and Right Flex Bars (2 & 3). Place Handle bar (5) in direction
shown below. Make sure the Handle Bar is well attached.

Step 3
You may gain different resistance by changing Flex Bars as shown below (40 LB, 50 LB).




                                                          6 and 7 Flex Bars = 40 LB
                                                          8 and 9 Flex Bars = 50 LB

                                  Workout Instructions




Biceps Curls
Sit on Tri-Ab workstation in position as below shown, grasp the handlebar toward you body, raise
and release the handlebar, repeat this action, you should feel a stretch in your biceps and arm.
You also can grasp the handlebar by one hand like below right diagram shown. Raise and release
the Handlebar repeatedly.

Leg Extension
Lay flat on your back with your hips relaxed against the Tri-Ab workout station. Bend the arm, keep
your shoulders up and head look toward your leg. Bend one leg at the knee by hook the handlebar,
gently grasp the handlebar with your leg, hold for a few second, then pull it over toward. Repeat for
opposite side. You should feel a stretch in your hips, abdominals and lower back.




Bench Press
Lay flat on your back with your hips relaxed against the Tri-Ab workout station. Bend your knees.
Grasp the handlebar and press it toward your knees.
Abdominal Crunches
Lay flat on your back with your hips relaxed against the Tri-Ab workout station. Bend your knees.
Grasp the handlebar and press it gently by doing Sit-up exercise. You should feel a stretch in your
abdominal.
