Calling Warm Leads Sample Script: Leaving a Message Hi (Name), It’s (Name) How are you? Sorry, we couldn’t catch up today. Give me a call when you grab 10 minutes at (000) 000-0000. Hi, It’s (Name) How are you? I looks like I missed you but I do want to catch up in the next day or two. Give me a call back when you grab a minute (000) 000-0000 Sample Script: Making0the Approach Friends: Hi (Name), it’s (name) how are you? I wanted to grab you for a couple of minutes, to catch up on a few things and had something I wanted you to take a look at. Is now a good time? I bet your swamped, and how’s your husband’s job going? Is he working a lot of hours. How’s the economy affecting you guys, have you thought about doing something on the side? You know, I know you’ve seen it on TV, have you seen BeachBody, you know the one with all those guys working out. The P90X with Tony Horton and Shaun T. getting his groove on with Hip Hop Abs. This is the most amazing thing, did you know with these infomercials are producing 1530k people a week ordering from that. Did you know there’s a way to work from home and get those customers for free to build your income? I’m not kidding you. The economy hasn’t touched them at all. Sample Script: Edification and 3-way The mentor doing the 3-way call with you should be edified prior to them coming on the line. When you flash and dial the support member do not click over until the support member has answered the phone and said they are ready. The edification process is a critical transition that has a significant impact on the mood and open mindedness of your prospect. Transition: Hi (Prospects Name), It’s (Your Name). I know that you just finished up watching the video and I am sure that painted a much clear picture for you. Hold on while I grab (Mentor’s Name) The important part about the edification is that you do it joyfully with a genuine nature. In order for the edification to work you must sound like you are truly passionate about the individual. If done correctly the person listening should be excited and feel very special to talk to someone. Sample Script: Introduction of Prospect to Support Team Once the mentor is ready you can flash over and connect you, the prospect, and the mentor together. You can give the mentor everything they need to know about the prospect during the introduction. The mentor needs to know the name, how you met (lead, warm market, etc), what have they seen / heard, prospects strengths, home business background or business background, Goal or likes, Turn offs or objections, and hold back, what you would like us to do or communicate. Hi (Name Prospect) and (Name Mentor), I have us all connected. Great thanks (Name Mentor) for taking the time out I am glad I am able to introduce you to (Name Prospect). (Name Prospect), (insert how you met) and they just (insert what they saw / heard) I find (name prospect) had great qualities / experience like (insert positive traits and comment on experience) (Name prospect) likes the concept of (insert wants, goals, appeal) and (Name Prospect) might have questions about (insert objections) the biggest thing (Name Prospect) needs to know in order to move forward (insert hold back). I wanted you to share your experience, why you chose BeachBody, and share how the team system could benefit their success. This is not a script that one can pull off naturally just by following along. You must understand the concept of why you include or exclude certain details. As you may have already notice much of the information you disclose will come from the initial approach questions. If you know what the mentor needs and you ensure you know the information needed then you don’t really need a script just state what is needed in a positive and free flowing manner.
