REGISTRATION CUT-OFF DATES: October 22
A variety of methods of registration are available for your convenience. We encourage
you to register by October 22. Those registered by this date will be included in the Roster
of Attendees posted on the conference site and will have access to the course materials
prior to the conference.
Methods of Registration
The following rates and discounts are available to each attendee. The ABA automatically
adjusts registrations submitted at the incorrect rate. Full payment at the correct rate must
be received in order to process your registration and CLE credits. The ABA does not
accept wire transfers or purchase orders.
On-line registrants will receive an electronic confirmation within one day.
Fax Credit Card Registrations (Visa, MC or AX) can be faxed to the ABA at
312.988.5637, please allow 10 days after receipt for processing.
Mail/Post Group and individual registrations accompanied with full payment via check or
money order (no wire transfers/POs) can be mailed to:

Early Registration Registrations received by October 22 will be processed at the advance
ABA Antitrust Law The registration rate for Antitrust Law Section members is reduced for this
Section Members conference as a member benefit. The discount is currently reflected on the
ABA Members Join the Section of Antitrust of Antitrust Law ($50) and register at the reduced
rate reserved for Antitrust Law Section members.

Government and Available for those with a primary position at a government or academic
Academic institution (i.e., law firm lawyers who also are adjunct professors would pay the
Law Students Advanced rate is available to currently enrolled law students/paralegals who have
not passed the Bar.
Your registration fee includes: Admission to CLE sessions; CLE credit; Course
Materials; Continental breakfast, and Thursday luncheon.
Confirmations will be sent electronically within one day of on-line registration and 10
days after receipt for those registering via mail or fax (provided complete information
and appropriate payment was submitted). Please include your ABA number to expedite
the process. Please be advised that incomplete or incorrect information will delay the
processing of registration forms.
If you have not received your confirmation within the time frame estimated here, please
e-mail email@example.com. Please allow the estimated time given for confirmations
prior to calling the ABA to check on the status of your registration.
In the event of cancellation by the registrant, a refund of the registration fee, less a $50.00
administrative fee, will be granted only for written requests received by Patricia Harris
(firstname.lastname@example.org) by 3:00 pm CST, October 22, 2009. There will be no refunds
after this date. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks after the conference for the processing of any
refunds. The ABA reserves the right to cancel any conference or portion thereof and
assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
Written requests for substitutions will be permitted prior to the conference for requests
received by October 22. After October 22, substitutions will need to be made on-site.
There is no additional cost for substitutions. Substitutions are not permitted once a
registrant has registered on-site or after the conference has occurred. Please submit a
request on firm letterhead to transfer the registration. Once the registration is substituted,
it will not revert back to the original registrant. Only the substitute will be eligible for
CLE credit. The substitute and original registrant must work out the payment between

special assistance for access and/or dietary needs are required.
F. Sign-in for MCLE Credit
Sign-in for CLE and pick-up your Certificate of Attendance at registration. The majority
of attendees only need do this once for the entire conference. NY and DE attendees are
required by their states to sign in and out of each session. The forms for NY and DE will
be located in the back of each session room. At the conclusion of the conference, NY
attorneys should pick-up their customized Certificate of Attendance at the CLE
Required sponsor documentation has been forwarded to and credit requested from MCLE
states with general requirements for all lawyers. Lawyers seeking credit in PA must pay a
fee of $1.50 per credit hour directly to the PA CLE Board. The ABA pays applicable fees
in other states where the sponsor is required to do so. In states where a late fee may
become applicable, the ABA pays this fee as well.
Please be aware that each state has its own rules and regulations, including its definition
of “CLE” as well as “Ethics.” Therefore, certain conferences may not receive CLE credit
in some states. Please check with your state provider for confirmation of general as well
as ethics approval for any conference. A Certificate of Attendance will be available for
all attendees at the CLE Information Desk.
Please check the conference website one week prior to the conference for information on
the number of CLE credit hours available.
